Shrinkies aka Shrink Links and Plastic Tubes

Get in on the latest extension craze! Undetectable Shrinkies!! My Shrinkies are Micro Lite- they are the extremely thin and I use
no glue. Inside- it heats up instantly with the fusion iron, and immediately shrinks. No extra glue needed. Comfortable to wear &
long lasting! Shrinkies are made from plastic tubing, they are extremely light & soft. Many prefer these over the metal micro
rings as they are softer on the head and last longer.
Shrinkies lcan last up to 3 to 4 months.

Locs aka Hair Locs, Euro Locs, Copper Tubes , or Microlinks
This new strand –by- strand hair extension technique uses tiny silicone lined copper tubes for attachments. This technique also
uses 100% pre tipped human hair that is attached with micro rings. No wax, glue or heat is used. This process last 3 to 4
months and is suitable for anyone wanting length, volume, or the addition of hair color with out harmful chemicals. Hair can be
reused in most cases.

Fusion aka Keratin Bond or Keratin Protein Bond
This Technique is more traditional and well known although it is an older method. It requires 100% pre tipped human hair that
is attached with a heating implement that melts the keratin glue. It is then rolled on to the clients hair strand.
Looks very natural. Super Keratin lasts up to 3 to 4 months.

Sew in Extensions AKA Braid & Sew
This technique is designed to promote ultimate hair growth & restoration. Natural hair is cornrowed laying backwards for flat
smooth appearance. Extensions are then sewn onto the cornrows. This process last
6-8 weeks.

Flat Tracks Extensions
Flat Tracks are flat and smooth without the use of the cornrow braid and requires no glue. In this we use the Microlinks to make
the track.
This process last 6-8 weeks.

Elaine's Hair Extensions Care Sheet
Keep your hair clean. Hair tangles when dirt and sweat build up,
wash your hair after exercise, swimming etc.
Brush your hair and remove all tangles before washing it.
Wash your hair going in a downwards motion. Use a
good quality gentle shampoo.
When brushing use a soft bristle brush, start and the ends of your hair
nd gently work your way up. Always
brush in a downward motion. Do not brush harshly.
Brush your hair 2 to 3 times a day. Heat is one of your
hairs biggest enemies, the more you use it the shorter your hair extensions will last.

1. Never sleep on wet hair, make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to bed.
Is is also recommended to wrap your hair together or gently tie it up to prevent tangling while sleeping.
2. You can use a silk pillow case as well.
3. Do not wear hair extension longer than the recommended time!
4. Do not color or bleach the hair extensions.
5. For Shrinkis and Keratin Bond Do not use any products containing silicone
or oil of any kind.
6. Do not place flat iron directly on the bond as this may cause it to melt.
7. If you feel your hair extensions are starting to matt together or come together
with each other or your own hair, please contact me immediately so that I can take
care of the problem right away. This will avoid any problems with your hair extensions.
8. Keep your hair clean as dirt sweat and hair product accumulation can cause hair to tangle.
9. Brush hair often

Follow this care sheet and you shouldnt have any problems.
If you loose a few extensions dont worry this is normal. Save the strands
and we can put them back in.
